Cons

  • Questionable testimonials were used in the copy

  • Near zero chance of making money long term

The Commission Black ops is yet another course from Michael Cheney that you should avoid. He tries to hype the product by saying that it features the ‘greatest commission-creating method known to man and his all-time best commission-creating tactic you can use to make bank (even if you’re a newbie)’. These ‘secrets’ he revealed in this course allegedly makes him $39,041.46 per month working part-time.

If you read through this unbiased review, you will learn all you need to know about the Commission Black Ops.

Let’s go.

What is Commission Black Ops?

Commission Black Ops has been around since 2016. It is basically an email marketing course in which Michael allegedly reveals the step-by-step method used to generate over $1000 commissions per day (part-time and with no money needed for ads or anything else). The purpose of the course is to basically build a private army of affiliates to promote Mr. Cheney’s future products. Interestingly, he positioned the course as an exclusive course for a ‘qualified’ set of people. These are people he would train to create colossal commissions promoting his stuff.

Michael played the reverse psychology game in the copy by trying to pre-qualify leads. That’s the major sales strategy he adapted. A major human need is the need for acceptance and Michael knows. He worked that angle brutally. From a marketing viewpoint, that’s fantastic.

Note that the copy was written in a military theme. Michael used military jargons lavishly throughout the copy. Impressive stuff to be honest.

What is Inside the Commission Black Ops?

According to Mr. Cheney there are 31 discoveries you’ll make if you go through his course. I’ll list them below. Feel free to skip ahead if you want. Anyways, inside the Commission Black Ops, you will discover:

  • The exact place to find the best commission-creating offers out there
  • A quick-fire shortcut to guaranteed commissions
  • An ingenious money-getting strategy to find the sure-fire commission winners
  • The startling reason why you should never use the swipe files product vendors give you
  • The commission-killing mistake which 99.9% of affiliates dead in their tracks
  • The one secret source of commissions which isn’t part of your plan for this year but should be
  • How to virtually eliminate those $0.00 days you’re getting
  • A small change you can make in the way you do affiliate marketing that’s so powerful
  • A secret place you can go on the internet and find ready-made, cash-creating promos, hooks and angles handed to you on a silver platter
  • A ‘counterintuitive’ commission tactic so potent it should come with a health warning
  • The one kind of affiliate tactic to use if you absolutely must make $1000 before the end of the month
  • A laughably simple way to make a ton more sales overnight
  • A completely unheard of money-making method for crushing it with every affiliate promo you run
  • How to get guaranteed approval to promote practically any product
  • How to (ethically) hypnotize your prospects into buying every offer you put in front of them
  • How to win leaderboard contests as a little guy with no budget
  • The 5 secret buying triggers you must touch on to turn clicks into cash
  • The worst thing you can possibly do as an affiliate
  • A subject line that made him a small fortune in commissions
  • Why it’s a big mistake to talk about the product, features or benefits in your affiliate promotions
  • The Tom Cruise method which activates an instant buying instinct in your prospects
  • The simple ‘how little guys get rich’ lesson unearthed from 16th century Japanese history
  • A ‘nuclear option’ tactic which explodes your profits
  • How to make more sales of everything you promote without paying a single penny
  • What an ex-cop can teach you about making ten-times more commissions than you do now
  • The ‘Game of Thrones’ kind of affiliate promotion that’s impossible for your prospects to ignore
  • The #1 easiest way to make commissions ever invented
  • A secret psychological technique that gets you more attention, more clicks and more commissions
  • The bizarre commission-getting strategy inspired by ‘the red carpet’
  • A simple ‘tweak’ that will automatically make your promotion stand out from the crowd and get you more money. Finally,
  • How to come up with affiliate promotions which attract oodles of clicks and cash even if you’re short on time and experience

One thing is clear here. Michael Cheney said the same things using different words to give you the impression that you have a lot to learn from the course. You don’t. This is a major red flag in itself!

How Much Does It Cost?

Commission Black Ops cost $19.95 to purchase. As you can imagine, there are a total of 4 upsells, down-sells and OTO’s waiting for you if you buy it. One upside is that the course is rendered in PDF, audio and video.

Who is Michael Cheney?

Michael Cheney. Owner of commissionnblack ops

In the commission machine review, I said a few words about Michael Cheney. As a recap, Mr. Cheney is a popular figure in the affiliate marketing industry. Based in the UK, he has become somewhat notorious for churning out low quality internet marketing products over the years. A simple Google search will convince you.

Now, to the juicy part of this review. What is wrong with the Commission Black Ops?

1. Questionable Testimonials

Genuine positive reviews are a major mark of a product that actually works. All marketers know this. That’s why you find testimonials on virtually any sales page you open.

Commission Black Ops wasn’t left out too. You see testimonials on almost every paragraph throughout the sales page. I took my time to do a thorough search of the internet to find profiles matching the names and images Michael used. All I found was that these people simply do not exist anywhere on the internet.

So, there is no way of verifying the authenticity of these testimonials. This makes me wonder if this course actually delivers on it promises.

Commission Black ops performance snapshot as seen on JVzoo

This possibly explains why there is a very high return rate on JVzoo. The other products he sold in the funnel even had a worse outing. Peep the refund rate. The numbers do not lie.

2. Grossly Over-Hyped Product

For the sake of clarity, to hype a product according to Oxford Languages is to promote or publicize (a product or idea) intensively, often exaggerating its benefits. Your Dictionary defines hype as intense promotion or advertising of a product, especially if the advertising contains misleading claims.

With these definitions in mind, if you read through the ‘what is inside Commission Black Ops’ section of this review critically, you’ll easily spot the hype. Michael used 31 bullet points to explain benefits that could have been captured in not more than 5 points as a whole. This is all in an attempt to exaggerate the benefits of the product and make it seem as though buying at $19.95 is a steal. Talk about unleashing his copywriting nuclear weapons to decapitate your sense of rational reasoning.

The copy is also littered with false/unverifiable claims especially with the testimonials.

FINAL CONCLUSION: Do not buy this product.
